Your tasks
- You take over the accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting including reconciliation of accounts
- You are responsible for the G/L accounts and bank related accounting
- You organize all the payments and perform the cash management
- You are the first contact for our local colleagues
- You create (intercompany) outgoing invoices
- You will cooperate with our tax consultants in Poland and Czech Republic as well as with our internal tax department in preparing and submitting advance VAT returns and statistics
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Polish and Czech GAAP
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your education as a financial accountant, tax clerk or are holding a comparable degree in finance and accounting
- You are flexible, enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills and a high degree of proactiveness
- You can communicate confidently in English and Polish
- You can speak German as well? Awesome!
- You are reliable and very well organized
- You work with concentration and care over a long period of time and you never lose the fun whilst doing routine work
- You are confident in working with the PC and have sound MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel
- You have no relevant entries in your criminal record certificate
Nice to have
- Professional experience in accounting of a Polish company and in an international environment
