Your Responsibilities
- You develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- You conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- You review technical SEO issues and recommend solutions
- You optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- You manage off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- You collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- You work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
- You keep keep up with SEO trends and integrated marketing trends
- You develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- You collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
- You help edit, proofread, and improve copy
- You develop an editorial calendar and communicate it with the content team
Your Profile
- You have several years of work experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar, preferably with an international e-commerce company
- You are familiar with standard and current SEO practices
- You have some knowledge of HTML/CSS
- You have gained experience with SEO reporting
- You are familiar with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have an analytical mindset with a good sense for numbers and figures
- You speak German and English well, French would be a bonus
